Perth is Western Australia’s capital city, and the beginning and ending point for the original 12 day The South West Edge hero route. From Perth, it’s just a hop, skip & a jump to the famous Rottnest Island; home of WA’s most friendly marsupial – the quokka!
Note: Rottnest ferries take approximately 25 minutes from Fremantle, 45 minutes from Hillarys Boat Harbour, or 90 minutes from Perth’s Barrack Street Jetty.
